Aquatic Edge may communicate with customers via text messaging. There is no fee from Aquatic Edge however message and data rates may be charged by your carrier according to your plan.
Messages may be used for client communication, service appointment reminders, service visit recaps, sales and promotions, sending quotes, sending invoices, etc. Customers can expect to receive text messages as required during service visits to communicate in real-time. General messages regarding sales, seasonal tips, events, etc. will generally be limited to 2x per month or fewer.
