Bi-Weekly Service Visits April ’26 - Nov ’26. Monthly Service Visits Dec ’26 - Feb ‘27

Includes your Full Spring Cleanout, Deluxe Fall Service with Winterization plus 10% off additional services and installations. Guaranteed March Cleanout date.

1 Service Visit per month, April ‘26 through November ’26. Includes your Full Spring Cleanout, Deluxe Fall Service with Winterization plus 5% off additional services and installations. Cleanout date not guaranteed in March.

4 Total Service Visits. Includes your Full Spring Cleanout, Deluxe Fall Service with Winterization plus a Floating Service Call which may be used at the timing of your choice (April - November). Cleanout date not guaranteed in March.

Option 1 - Prepay in full with cash /check by Feb 28 for a 10% discount. 

Option 2 - Pay 50% Deposit by March 15.   50% Final Balance by Nov 30

Option 3 - Payments divided into 9 months (Credit Card Auto Bill Only)

Drain pond, Place fish in holding tanks, Wash rocks and gravel, Remove debris & muck from pond bottom, Clean biofalls and skimmer, ClHook up pumps, Add water treatments including detox, ammonia neutralizer & beneficial bacteria, Minor adjustments to rocks, Clean up around pond perimeter, Check all filters, dosing systems, iongen, lights, etc., Add gravel where needed to conceal pond liner, #Re-fill pond with water flowing and fish placed back into the pond. Drain and clean underground reservoir, Wash rocks and gravel, Remove debris and muck from feature, Clean biofalls/filters if applicable, Clean and Hook up pumps, Add water treatments, Minor adjustments to rocks, Clean up around perimeter of feature, Check all comppnents (filters, iongen, dosing systems, lights), Add gravel where needed to conceal pond liner, #Re-fill feature with water flowing.

Hook up pump, Turn on waterfalls and filtration, Clean filter pads, Clean skimmer and biofalls, Remove surface debris, Remove large debris from pond bottom (ie -leaves, sticks) Add beneficial bacteria, Check other components such as iongen & auto doser, Check lights, Clean up pond perimeter. **No pond draining, No muck removal, No add. gravel. This service is ONLY recommended for ponds and water features which are in GOOD condition with no organic accumulation on bottom.

Early Fall (early October), we trim perennial aquatic plants and remove annual/tropical aquatic plants. Then we install a pond net* over your pond to keep leaves from clogging the pumps and ruining water quality. Return visit  in Late fall / Early winter, we remove the net and trim any remaining aquatic plants, install aerator* and winterize the pond. *Customer provides net and aerator or we supply for an additional charge

Disconnect pump and check valve, Install aerator or de-icer, Trim/ Remove aquatic plants as needed, Add cold season water treatment, Remove freeze-sensitive components (dosing system, iongen, etc.) *Aerator or de-icer cost added to service cost if needed.
