Job Duties Include:
Assisting with pond and waterfall installations
Performing pond and waterfall clean outs and service calls
Vehicle and equipment maintenance
Shop and yard maintenance and cleaning

Expectations:
Arrive early with a positive attitude
Be willing to assist with any job needed, large or small
Be physically fit and capable of working 8-10 hour days outside in varying weather conditions
Take initiative
Be willing to teach what you know as well as learn from others
Valid Driver's License required
Attention to detail
No smoking during working hours

Starting Pay - $16 - $17+ per hour plus bonus potential

Position is full-time 30-50+ hrs per week weather depending, approximately March through December each year

Seasonal positions are temporary and are available all year. Weekly hours typically range between 10 - 50 hours

Qualifications:
5+ years of full-time experience in the landscape industry, preferably as a crew leader performing landscape and hardscape installations or service.

Leadership qualities including positive team management

Excellent customer communication and follow-up skills
